Smokai Smoker Generator – The Perfect Add On

Whether you want more smokey goodness flavor or you want to cold smoke on you pellet grill, this is the business. I’ve used it for some time and have it mounted on a variety of things.

There really is just this solution – more smoke, with control, no effect on temperature.

I’ve been using smoke generators for 15 years and many different pellet grills (let’s not talk about all the other smokers I’ve been through.

The issue I’ve found with adding say a pellet tube to a pellet grill is the heat. Having an extra heat source inside the pellet grill is far from ideal.

The pellet grill has of course a thermostat, and you do not want to be mucking around with it. By creating a heat source it can’t control.

Show case of the larger smokai

The Smokai Smoke Generator is the business! (And they actually invented smoke generators, they’ve been copied by guys like Smoke Daddy & UFO Smokers + quite a few others around the globe)

What you’ll find is cleaner combustion with the Smokai – its design I feel – leads the market (and that’s why it’s an investment too). Its variable control pump means you choose the amount of smoke, it runs on pellets so you can use the same wood or even mix the main pellet wood with a different wood from the smokai smoke generator.

Much heavier grade of metal and overall you’ll see a thought through engineering design.

Adding a smokai will mean drilling a hole into the pellet grill, but it does have a bracket which makes removal easy too.

So check them out here, company is owned and based in New Zealand, but customises power supply for anywhere in the world (most of there sales comes from Europe and USA from what I’ve heard).

The smaller unit is like a 4 hr burn, then 8 hrs it the popular one – they have 1 beast which is like 30 hours smoke time?!

I think this is one of those products I will have for most of my life!
