There are many reasons why you might want cast-iron for your pellet grill. Primarily, the flavor that these can add to your meat is incredible, and searing on cast iron is useful in several ways.

Though there are many pellet grills on the market, those with cast iron grates will offer you more in terms of flavor and searing than other choices.
